  • Combined plant tester
  • Measures pH value, moisture and light.
  • Plants need good soil, moisture and light. You can measure these values with the combination tester and assess whether the plants have enough water and light and whether the soil is suitable for them.
  • To determine soil moisture - switch to MOIST mode: Insert the two electrodes into the soil between the edge and the center of the pot to a depth of about ¼ of the length of the electrodes. This tester can be used for pots up to 35 cm deep. Read the reading on the central scale and compare with the optimum moisture specific to your plants in the table.
  • Light measurement - switch to LIGHT mode: Hold the tester with the light sensor pointed at the light source to which the plants are normally exposed. Read the reading on the upper scale. The two numbers in the table indicate the minimum and maximum light specific to your plants.
  • Measuring soil acidity - switch to PH mode: Place both electrodes in moist soil. After 1 min. Read the result from the lower scale. A value of 8 corresponds to alkaline soil, and a value of 3.5 corresponds to acidic soil. The optimal pH for most plants is in the range from neutral (pH=7) to slightly acidic (pH=6.5). If your soil is too acidic, add natural soil, if it is too alkaline, add fertilizer.
