ACRYLIC PRIMER ACRYLAN UNKO 5 L.

Micronized silicone primer on a water base Acrylan Unco is 100% acrylic, transparent, ecological. Specially developed to ensure strong adhesion and penetration into weak, porous surfaces, thanks to the extremely fine granulometry of the solid particles it contains (<0.05 μm). It is suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces. An ideal primer for all types of surfaces (plasters, concrete, cement and marble plasters and screeds, gypsum board, lower-quality paints, etc.) when that surface is intended to be painted with water-soluble paints (latex, acrylic, elastomeric, cement, relief and others).

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free of dust, grease or crumbling materials.

APPLICATION
Before use, the product must be stirred thoroughly. Apply one coat by brush, roller or spray gun, diluted up to 50% with water. For surfaces that do not absorb much, dilution up to 100% may be made, and for highly absorbent surfaces the primer may also be used undiluted. The product should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C, above 35°C and/or at relative humidity above 80%.
The applied layer is dry to the touch in 45 minutes. After 4-6 hours from applying the primer, latex or acrylic paints from Vitex may be painted over it. The given times vary depending on atmospheric conditions (relative humidity and temperature). After applying the primer, the container should be closed and sealed well, and stored at temperatures between 5°C and 35oC for future use.
Tools are cleaned immediately after use with water and, if necessary, washed with soap or detergent.
