All colours of the dark

The action of the novel "All the Colours of the Dark" takes us to the town of Monta Clare, where in the height of summer everyone is shaken by the abduction of teenager Joseph "Patch" Macaulay. And above all Saint Brown, who is ready to do anything to find her best friend.

But when she achieves her goal, her heart is broken.

Patch wakes up in a dark room with no exit. His only connection to the outside world is the voice of a girl named Grace, whose stories light up their world.

When Patch manages to escape, however, there is no trace of her.

Obsessed with the memory of the voice and her name, he chases Grace's shadow across the country, without knowing whether she is real or merely a projection of his pain.

Unable to forget him, Saint sets out on his trail to free the boy she has always loved. Even if she knows the truth may divide them forever…

A tremendous achievement.

It made me frantically turn the pages and somehow made me cry at the end. Bravo.
