ANTI-CORROSION PRIMER GRAY 2.5 L

The primer, developed on the basis of alkyd resins, provides
excellent anti-corrosion protection. Suitable for priming
metal surfaces. It has high adhesion, high opacity and
elasticity, excellent spreading.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be cleaned with working solvent for brush
Τ 300, be free of dust or grease, dry and smooth - sanded with suitable sandpaper. For painted surfaces,
remove old flaking paints.

APPLICATION
Before use, the Vitex primer must be stirred thoroughly. Apply
in one or two coats, with roller or brush, thinned
5% with working solvent for brush Τ 300, or with airless sprayer,
thinned 5% with working solvent for sprayer Τ 350.
Vi Anti-Rust Primer must not be applied at temperatures below
5°C, above 35°C and/or at relative humidity above
80%.
The applied layer is dry to touch in 30-60 minutes. The next coat
is applied after 24 hours. After it has dried completely, sand with
suitable sandpaper, remove the dust and apply a lacquer
paint, water-soluble or solvent-thinned.
The stated times vary depending on atmospheric
conditions (temperature and relative humidity).
Rollers, brushes and material stains on floor coverings
are cleaned with working solvent for brush Τ 300, and then
washed with soap or another detergent. Sprayers are
cleaned with working solvent for sprayer T 350.
