Arugula SEEDS BIO SUPERMARKET

Fresh, slightly spicy leafy vegetable. A suitable addition to sandwiches, salads and side dishes. Rocket has a fresh and pleasant taste.

Growing instructions: Sow the seeds directly into pots or outdoors in early spring or autumn. Fill a pot or box with soil, level it and press down to ensure contact. Water beforehand. Scatter the seeds evenly and cover them with about 1 cm of soil. Press down again to ensure contact. Cover the pot with transparent film or similar so as to provide sufficient humidity for germination while still being able to observe growth. Once the seeds germinate, remove the cover and place in a bright spot without direct sun. Water regularly without waterlogging. It can be harvested year-round. If you grow it in summer, position it in partial shade to avoid premature bolting and a bitter taste in the leaves. During the winter months, bring it indoors to a moderate temperature.

*Grow it on its own or together with other seed varieties from the Grow CITY series for additional health and beauty in your little garden!
