Description

One-component, moisture-curing semi-rigid polyurethane foam with excellent cell structure and good mechanical strength.

It is easy to use and applied with a special foam applicator.
Use a tested and approved gun from the manufacturer of the can for best performance. Although the foam expands itself, the pressure after expansion and hardening is minimal, which improves convenience and accurate dosing during application. The foam has excellent adhesion to most building materials - wood, concrete, stone, metal, etc.
The bottle is equipped with a new generation valve, contributing to a longer shelf life and long-term quality of the product.

Application method

•Shake the vial vigorously before use (15-20 times).
•Remove the plastic cap from the can and screw the can tightly onto the gun. When operating the gun, always keep the can upside down. The flow rate of the foam is controlled by pressing the
the trigger of the gun.
•Apply the foam sparingly to avoid unnecessary spillage. Shake regularly during application.
•It is not recommended to remove the vial before it is completely empty.
•When changing the vial, shake the new vial vigorously.
•Unscrew the empty can and replace it immediately so that no air remains in the gun.
•If you do not wish to replace the canister, clean the remaining foam in the gun with a polyurethane foam cleaner. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically.
•In dry conditions (in winter, in rooms with central heating, etc.), in order to obtain the best possible structure and properties of the foam, it is recommended to fill the gaps and joints in several layers by applying smaller jets of foam (up to 3-4 cm thick), which should be slightly moistened before applying the next layer.
•In very dry conditions, the foam may become brittle immediately after curing. This brittleness is a temporary phenomenon and disappears after a short time or when warmed up. Once the foam has become elastic, it no longer becomes brittle even at low temperatures.
