KENWOOD M-9500S-B audio system – micro Hi-Fi with CD, DAB+, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

All the sound of your home in one: CD, DAB+ radio, internet radio and streaming via Bluetooth.

The KENWOOD M-9500S-B audio system is a compact micro Hi-Fi system with a total output of 100 W, a CD player, an FM/DAB+ tuner, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Listen to music from a disc, from USB memory, from your smartphone, or directly to internet radio and podcasts, and the optical input lets the system take over the sound from your TV. The set includes two bookshelf speakers and a slim remote control.

Streaming via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth without cables

KENWOOD M-9500S-B connects to your home network via Wi-Fi and opens internet radio, podcasts and Spotify Connect (playback directly from the Spotify app). Bluetooth 5.2 transmits music from a phone or tablet within a range of about 10 m, and control can also go through the UNDOK and OKTIV apps.

CD player, DAB+ and FM with 20 presets

The classic collection stays in use: M-9500S-B plays CD, CD-R/RW and MP3 discs, as well as MP3 files from USB memory. The digital DAB+ tuner receives stations without noise, and your favourite frequencies are stored in 20 presets for FM and 20 for DAB.

2 x 50 W and bass reflex speakers for rich sound

The amplifier of the KENWOOD M-9500S-B delivers 2 x 50 W RMS to the two-way bass reflex speakers – enough to fill an entire living room with sound. Five ready-made equaliser presets (Powerful, Clear, Bright, Warm, Balanced) plus bass and treble adjustment tune the sound to the recording and the room.

TFT colour display and aluminium front panel

The front panel of the M-9500S-B has an aluminium surface and polished edges, and the 2.4-inch colour TFT display shows the station, artist and cover clearly from the sofa. Brightness has five levels, including a night mode so it doesn't glow strongly in the evening.

Optical input for TV and subwoofer output

The rear panel of the KENWOOD M-9500S-B features a Toslink optical input – films and series play through the Hi-Fi speakers instead of the TV. There is also an output for an active subwoofer, a 3.5 mm line input, a headphone output and screw terminals for the speakers.

Dual alarm and sleep timer

The M-9500S-B also works as a clock radio: the dual alarm wakes two people at different times, and the sleep timer switches off the music by itself. The automatic eco function puts the system into standby after 15 minutes without a signal.
