The new improved BRITA MAXTRA PRO filter purifies contaminants from pesticides, herbicides and medications that may be present in drinking water.

Each BRITA MAXTRA PRO filter contains a combination of ion exchange resins and activated carbon of natural origin. The ion exchange resins prevent scale formation and soften the water, protecting your appliances and reducing metals such as lead and copper that enter the drinking water from the pipe system.

Activated carbon /derived from processed coconut shells/ eliminates substances such as chlorine and chlorine compounds that impair the taste of drinking water. The contents of the filter cartridge are treated with silver for additional disinfection.

The final layer of super fine filter retains even the smallest particles of dirt /up to 30µm in size/

After filtration with it, you enjoy water with improved qualities.
