FUNCTIONS

• Warming Mode - This function is designed for low-temperature cooking, ideal for heating liquids such as milk and stock, as well as creams and sauces, without worrying about them overheating. In addition, the warming mode keeps cooked food warm while other foods are still cooking.
• Stop&Go - Sometimes we need to suddenly leave the kitchen in the middle of our recipe and stop cooking. The Stop&Go function allows us to pause all the functions used on the hob, to restore them later to the previously set settings, with just the touch of a button. This combines safety, great cooking results and multitasking.
• Timer - Forget about cooking time by turning on the timer. Simply set the minutes and start the countdown. At the end, the cooking zone will automatically turn off and an audible signal will sound. You can set independent timers for more than one zone at the same time with the touch remote control.
• Child Lock - If you have children in your home, the Child Lock function is invaluable in ensuring that the cooking or extraction zones are not accidentally switched on. The function can be activated when the product is switched on but the cooking and extraction zones are switched off.
