Celery (Apium Graveolens giant pascal) is a Mediterranean, aromatic spice and herb that is suitable for growing in a pot at home. Celery has a long growing season and is grown exclusively through seedlings. The seeds are sown from February to May, the young plants are transplanted from March to June. It likes a cool climate, moisture and grows best at temperatures around 25°C. When the soil dries out, the roots remain small, and the leaves are rough and hard, with short petioles.
