Description

DESCRIPTION

  • CERESIT® CM 11 PLUS adhesive for laying ceramic tiles on concrete, cement screeds and other mineral substrates indoors and outdoors.
  • For gluing porcelain tiles (max. size 40x40 cm) indoors.
  • The adhesive does not allow slipping and is suitable for gluing tiles on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

PREPARATION OF THE BASE FOR LAYING CERESIT CM 11 PLUS

  • Clean the surface from dust, dirt and other substances that reduce adhesion.
  • Remove loose mechanical particles.
  • Cement and concrete screeds must be completely hardened before applying CERESIT CM 11.
  • Absorbent substrates are primed and allowed to dry.
  • Surface irregularities up to 5 mm can be filled the day before with CERESIT CM 11

MIXING CERESIT CM 11 PLUS

  • Pour CERESIT CM 11 into an accurately measured amount of clean cold water (5 to 5.5 l of water per 25 kg bag).
  • Mix with a slow-speed drill until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained.
  • Leave for 2 minutes and then stir again.

APPLICATION OF CERESIT CM 11 PLUS

  • Apply CERESIT CM 11 Pus with a suitable notched trowel onto the substrate, the size of the trowel teeth depends on the size of the tile.
  • For interior use, the adhesive must cover at least 65% of the back of the tiles.
  • When used outdoors, the back-smearing method should be followed to cover at least 90% of the back of the tiles.
  • Lay tiles only during the open time of the adhesive.
