Click and Grow Seeds - Leaf Mustard, 3 refills

Grow plants at home with seeds Click and Grow. Popular in many renowned cuisines (Italian, Indian and Japanese, to name just a few), mustard greens are as healthy as they are versatile. High in vitamins A, K and C, as well as flavonoids and fibre, mustard greens are undoubtedly a winner. No GMOs, pesticides or herbicides are used.

Plant care:

• Plant suitable for consumption;
• Germinates within 7-14 days;
• Harvest within 5-6 weeks;
• Grows best at 18-24°C.

Please note! As the plant matures, the leaves develop a stronger, sharper flavour. If you prefer a milder mustard taste, harvest after five to six weeks.

Please note that mustard greens are sensitive to heat and grow best at a temperature of 18 to 22°C (64 to 72°F). If the temperature is higher than 24°C (75°F), germination is hindered and plants tend to sprout too early. At first it may seem to grow slowly. Once it germinates, growth will soon speed up. You can start picking individual leaves about three to four weeks after planting, or harvest the whole pod after five to six weeks of growing – it's up to you.

If your mustard plant is flowering, it will no longer produce tasty leaves. However, you can use these edible small white flowers to decorate your dishes. They will add a little spice to your food.

The package includes 3 refills.
