Plant care:

• Edible plant;
• Germinates in 7-14 days;
• Harvested between 5-12 weeks;
• Grows best at 18-30°C.

There is no need to thin the seedlings, simply let them thrive until harvest.

For this herb there is no limit to the number of seedlings in one pod. Just let it thrive. Use one arm of the basil grow light and avoid raising the light too high. If it grows too tall, simply trim it, which will also encourage new growth - meaning more harvest. You can start trimming the plants about a month after planting. From time to time you can remove individual leaves. But for more vigorous growth, it is recommended to cut off the entire top - in a week two new stems will grow. Trimming the plant will also delay flowering and prevent the development of a bitter taste.

Please note that basil is an annual plant. If almost twelve weeks have passed and the plant looks aged, it is time to replace the stem. Don't hesitate to dry it and store it in a sealed jar for up to a year. It's that easy!

The package includes 3 refill pieces.
