• The IPERESPRESSO system is a closed system that uses illy capsules. An innovative capsule system created by the inventor of today's espresso. The technology, created and developed by illy, includes a complete two-step extraction system.
  In the first stage - "hyper-infusion" - hot water under extremely high pressure creates optimal conditions for extracting the maximum flavor and aroma from the best coffee in the world.
