Deejo Olive Wood pocket knife - Virgo, 37 g

Ultralight knife Deejo is made of stainless steel Z40C13 with a titanium coating. Secure locking liner lock system. With belt clip. It is dedicated to the zodiac sign Virgo. Virgo, the sign of those born between 23 August and 22 September, has several different stories about its origin in Greek mythology. Here Deejo has chosen the legend of Themis, the goddess of justice (or sometimes her daughter Astraea), who fled the Earth, disgusted by the malice of humanity. Deejo's merciful goddess elegantly presides over this knife in honour of the myth of Virgo.

The olive wood from which the handle is made is known for its strength and antibacterial properties. It is a classic in cutlery. Obtained by fixing grey titanium onto a stainless steel base, the knife's coating has a double advantage. First, it enhances the surface's resistance to impacts and scratches, and second, it makes the clean lines of your knife sublime, showing moderation taken to its peak. Discreet coating par excellence, the steel acquires a light patina over the years to further highlight this beautiful piece.

Like any knife, the edge of the blade wears down with use. To keep the blade in perfect condition, it is recommended to sharpen the Deejo knife blade regularly. The knife can be sharpened using a whetstone, sharpening steel or a sharpening kit. Take care not to damage the blade's aesthetics during this operation. Wash the knife by hand with a damp sponge, avoiding the abrasive side of the sponge. The knife must not be washed in a dishwasher, as you risk irreparably damaging the articulation system.
