Axial bathroom fan with a completely new design and construction. It features very low operating noise, easy installation and easy maintenance.
USE:
Install through a wall or through a window or in shorter pipes with low pressure loss. The fans can be installed both vertically and horizontally. The fan is designed for operation in a basic indoor environment with an ambient temperature of 0 to + 40 °C, for transporting clean air free of dust, grease, chemical vapours and other contaminants. It is also necessary to ensure that the fan does not freeze and that condensate from the pipes does not flow into it.
Housing:
The housing and front panel are made of mechanically resistant white thermoplastic ABS with high colour resistance. In the INOX version the housing is grey and the front panel is covered with a stainless steel finish.
The axial impeller is made of ABS.
MOTOR:
Asynchronous with a squirrel-cage armature. It is equipped with sliding reinforced bearings for the entire service life and an axial bearing for horizontal installation. The motor is fitted with single overload protection. Maximum operating temperature is 40 °C. The degree of protection is IP44. Power supply 230V / 50 Hz.
CONTROLS:
Under the cover there are also accessible controls for setting the required overrun time and the required humidity (for models with suitable equipment).
AIR FLOW DIRECTION:
The direction of exhaust air flow is from the front panel to the rear outlet. It is not possible to change the direction of flow.
Installation:
The fans can be mounted on either the wall or the ceiling. For quick and easy installation in plastic pipes, the QUICK FIX GRIP system can be used – expansion levers that spread inside the pipe using screws accessible from the front, fixing the fan in place. The package also includes dowels and screws for the standard mounting method. For this type of installation, the fan has four holes in the corners of the housing (protected by caps).
VALVE:
All models are equipped with a foil non-return valve to prevent air from the exhaust duct flowing back into the room when the fan is not in use.
SPEED CONTROL:
Carried out by electronic or transformer speed controllers by changing the voltage.
NOISE:
The noise level is measured at a distance of 2 m on the suction axis with the fan running at full speed.
MAINTENANCE:
The front panel can be easily removed by pulling it off and rinsed under running water.
Equipment:
Models marked T are equipped with a delay timer with the overrun time adjustable in the range of 3–15 minutes (red dial). Models marked H are equipped with automatic humidity control with the required humidity level adjustable in the range of 40–90% RH (blue dial), and also include the delay timer function.
INDICATIONS:
Closing of the switch is indicated by the light of three dots in the fan canopy. For models marked T and H, the dots light up during the phase of the auxiliary control terminal.
