French press Nerthus - 600 ml

French press Nerthus, with capacity 600 ml, is the ideal device for brewing strong coffee with intense aroma and rich flavour. You can also use it to brew tea and froth milk.

The French press is one of the oldest and most convenient ways to brew coffee. Specialists recommend a coffee-to-water ratio of 55-65 g per litre. You can use a little more coffee if you like it stronger. Pour the ground coffee into the press and add a little water to "bloom" it. Stir and leave for 30 seconds. If bubbles appear, congratulations – your coffee is fresh. Then pour in the remaining water and stir gently again. Put on the lid with the filter. Wait 4 minutes and press down – slowly and steadily.

Pour the coffee into pre-warmed cups. If you have coffee left, do not leave it in the press, because extraction continues and it will become bitter. Experiment with brewing time and grind size until you get the perfect taste for you.
