ISOMAT SL 17

ISOMAT SL-17 is a ready-to-use, spreadable, elastic, liquid, waterproofing, solvent-free, for use under tiles. After hardening, it forms an elastic, vapor-permeable, waterproofing membrane. It is used for waterproofing in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms, showers and others (without forming joints and joints), before laying ceramic tiles. It is applied on floors or walls made of concrete, plaster, plasterboard, wooden boards, etc. It cannot be applied on surfaces subject to constant water pressure.

  • Elongation at break (EN ISO 527) : > 100%
  • Adhesion strength (EN 1542) : > 2.5 Ν/mm2
  • Reaction to fire: Class F
  • Operating temperature: from -15ºC to +80ºC
  • Tensile strength (EN ISO 527): > 3 Ν/mm2
  • Minimum application temperature: +5°C
  • Next layer: 1-2 hours at +20°C
  • Tiling: after about 6 hours at +20°C
  • Curing time: ≥ 6 hours at +20°C
