Specifications: API SJ / SG NMMA FC-W under No. FB-23656. The FC-W standard was developed specifically for oils intended for use in marine engines and has stricter requirements than standard marine oils in the following points: Higher HTHS viscosity @ 150 °C, to ensure better resistance of the oil film at high temperature and dispersion of diluted fuel after a long period of idling. Better shear stability to preserve the oil's qualities at high temperature.
