NIGRIN Rust converter works reliably – the rust is dissolved and reduced by acid. Through a chemical reaction, a hard protective layer forms that shields against oxygen and thus prevents further rusting. It acts actively against rust through a chemical reaction. It makes rust treatment easier. It stops further rusting. It works reliably and serves to prepare the surface for filler and painting. Remove coarse rust and contaminants with a wire brush or sandpaper. Apply the rust converter, leave it to act overnight (about 12 hours) and allow it to dry completely. Rinse off any product residue with water and dry the surface. On contact with painted surfaces, rinse immediately with water to avoid the risk of damage to the paint.
