Rosmarino wood chips for smoking – oak
Rosmarino oak chips are a classic choice for smoking, imparting a balanced and rich smoky flavor to food. Suitable for all types of barbecue and grilling techniques.
With a flavor strength of 3 (medium), it offers a moderate smoky flavor that does not dominate, but complements the natural flavor of the products. It is suitable for a wide range of meats - beef, pork, poultry, as well as fish.
The chips have a stable and even burn, which ensures constant smoke and even smoldering. The wood size of 6–12 mm guarantees controlled burning without excessively fast or slow smoldering.
It can be used directly on coals or in a container for indirect smoking. If desired, it can be soaked in water, beer, wine or whiskey for a more intense flavor profile.
