Description

  • Mint is grown for its fresh green leaves.
  • It successfully overwinters in our country.
  • It likes moist but well-drained soil.
  • Fill a pot or box with soil, level it and press it down to make contact.
  • Water in advance.
  • Scatter the seeds evenly and press them into contact.
  • Do not cover with soil as the seeds are very small and may not germinate if sown deeply.
  • Cover the pot with clear plastic wrap or something else to ensure sufficient humidity for germination and at the same time monitor growth.
  • Once the seeds germinate, remove the cover and place in a bright place without direct sun.
  • The seedlings are small at first, but once established, they quickly develop into a mature plant.
  • For a better harvest, feed regularly with organic fertilizer.
  • Harvest in dry, calm, and sunny weather, taking no more than 1/3 of the plant's leaves.
