Method of use:
Flavoring of 30-50 L of brandy or wine:
- Pour the entire amount of essence into 1 L of brandy or wine.
- After 24 hours, this one liter is poured into the remaining 49 L
- To achieve maximum effect, it must sit for another 24 hours
Flavoring 1 L of brandy or wine:
- Add 10-20 drops. Let the flavored amount sit for 24 hours to achieve maximum results.
Note:
- The dosage is determined for 40 - 42 degrees of brandy
- For higher degrees of brandy, more essence is needed for flavoring.
- Aromatization is carried out at a temperature of the brandy of about 18 degrees.
