No more waterlogging or root rot! A common cause of yellow leaves or dead plants is waterlogging, which leads to root rot. The MONOPON mineral substrate provides reliable water drainage as a drainage layer in conventional planters without a LECHUZA irrigation system.

Thanks to 100% natural pumice, moisture is stored and released just as reliably. In addition to being a drainage layer, MONOPON can also be mixed with soil to loosen and aerate the soil. It prevents compaction. It is also an excellent alternative to conventional expanded clay, which has a high CO₂ load. Thanks to the non-fertilized formula, the plant can be fertilized as needed or combined with a pre-fertilized substrate.

Thanks to its volume stability properties, MONOPON also offers the plant a stable support and a strong support in the container. This makes MONPON the ideal replacement for soil when fully planting conventional containers. To please nature, the substrate is peat-free.
