What can you do with it?
Wood cutting wheels are carbide-tipped cutting wheels for cutting, slicing and shaping wood and laminates. Ideal for short cuts in wooden floors to make room for e.g. heating pipes or electronics, or for modelling. The carbide coating makes this wheel very durable.
How do I use it?
Cutting discs work only with their edge.
We recommend using a golf-grip handle (two-handed) when using this accessory, and using the right-angle attachment when the cut is hard to reach. To make the disc last as long as possible, do not apply excessive pressure and do not exceed the speed limits.
Materials to use on
This cutting disc can be used on various types of wood, such as MDF, hardwood, softwood, laminate, fiberboard, or even on plastics and laminates. Do not use it on metals.
Recommended speed
Hardwood: 20,000-35,000 RPM
Softwood: 20,000-35,000 RPM
Plastic: 10,000-15,000 RPM
