Moment Sanitary Silicone

Moment Sanitary Silicone is a mold and mildew resistant, general purpose sanitary silicone sealant. It is easy to apply, cures with moisture and has excellent adhesion to smooth surfaces such as glass, glazed ceramic tiles and aluminium. Moment Sanitary Silicone creates a durable, flexible and waterproof bond with most building materials. An ideal bathroom and kitchen sealant to seal joints, protect against mold and create a long-lasting, waterproof barrier. Use on sanitary ceramics, sinks, glass, enamel, wood and faience.

Properties:
Easy to use;

12.5% elasticity upon elongation;

No primer required for glass, ceramics, glossy surfaces and aluminum;
Good resistance to many cleaning agents and chemicals.
Usage:
Use on perfectly clean, dry, dust and grease-free surfaces. Residues of old sealant or other materials on the substrate must be completely removed.
Use protective tape before applying the sealant. For some surfaces, it is recommended to use a suitable primer to ensure a strong and even bond. Cut off the tip of the can and screw on the nozzle. Cut the tip of the nozzle at an angle (about 45 degrees) depending on the width of the joint. Insert the can into the silicone gun. Apply the material thickly into the joint. Immediately after application, spray the joint with soapy water and smooth it with a suitable tool. Areas contaminated with fresh sealant can be cleaned with a dry or solvent-moistened pad. Hardened sealant can be cleaned by scraping.

Use it on sanitary ceramics, sinks, glass, enamel, wood panels and faience. An ideal sealant for the bathroom and kitchen, it seals joints, protects against mold and creates a long-lasting, waterproof barrier.
*Not recommended for porous, sensitive metals and plastics such as PMMS, PE, PP and PTFE.

USE:
Work on perfectly clean surfaces. Use paper masking tape before applying the sealant. Cut the tip of the can off at an angle and screw on the tip. Insert the can into the silicone gun. Apply the material thickly into the joint. Immediately afterwards, spray the joint with soapy water and smooth it with a suitable tool.

STORAGE:
Store in a dry place at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.
