For some surfaces, it is recommended to use a suitable primer to ensure a strong and even bond. Cut off the tip of the can and screw on the nozzle. Cut the tip of the nozzle at an angle (about 45 degrees) depending on the width of the joint. Insert the can into the silicone gun. Apply the material thickly into the joint. Immediately after application, spray the joint with soapy water and smooth it with a suitable tool. Areas contaminated with fresh sealant can be cleaned with a dry or solvent-moistened pad.
