DEKO T8500 Silicone Plaster

With silicone – to repel water
Due to the presence of silicone, the plaster does not absorb water (the surface is hydrophobic). This means that water does not penetrate the coating, but drains away. However, this feature does not limit its vapor permeability, i.e. the ability to release moisture to the outside.

High weather resistance

The plaster has a very high resistance to weathering. This quality makes it a suitable solution for facades in all geographical areas.

Non-combustible

According to the Reaction to Fire classification, the plaster falls into class A2 -s1,d0, which means it is non-combustible.
The flammability class characterizes the behavior of materials in a fire. They are classified according to the following flammability levels, according to EN 13501-1:
• Flammability class A1 and A2: non-combustible;
• Combustibility class B1: hardly combustible;
• Combustibility class B2: flammable;
• Flammability class B3: easily flammable.

There are also other indicators characterizing building materials and their behavior in fire conditions. For example, depending on the intensity of smoke release, they are designated by the symbols s1 (very limited release), s2 (limited release) and s3 (no requirement). Regarding the formation of flaming particles or drops during combustion, they are designated by d0 (do not form flaming particles or drops), d1 (flaming particles or drops are quickly extinguished) and d2 (no requirement)

Allows the wall to breathe

It allows the unhindered passage of water vapor from inside the building and its evaporation into the surrounding space.

Good adhesion to the substrate

In combination with DEKO G8300 Silicone Primer for Plasters, the plaster has excellent adhesion to the substrate. This guarantees a strong and beautiful facade over the years, without worrying about the plaster slipping or peeling.

Easy to apply and structure

The specially selected dispersions and fractions of pebbles used in the plaster allow for its easy application and structuring.
