Description

Akfix RTV HT300 is an elastic, acetate, fast-hardening silicone with a wide range of applications for sealing pumps, gearboxes, motors, air conditioning systems. Suitable for all needs where the working temperature reaches 300°C. Resistant to water and oils after curing. May cause corrosion of some delicate metals (brass, copper, zinc). It cannot be painted. Density: 1.05 +/- 0.03 g/ml. Tensile strength : ≥ 1.5 N/mm2 (23°C and 50% RH) (ASTM D412). Surface hardening: 7-13 min. (23°C and 50% RH). Curing speed: min. 3.0mm/day (23°C and 50% RH). Elongation at break : ≥ 250% (ASTM D412). Elasticity : ≥ 60% (ISO 7389). Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C. Temperature resistance: -40°C to +300°C
