SUPRABILIT DEEP PENETRATING PRIMER 5L

Tikkurila Suprabilit is a special dispersion product for treating absorbent interior surfaces before painting. It strengthens the surface and reduces its absorption, increasing the adhesion of decorative paints.
Recommended use: Interior walls and ceilings when good adhesion is required from the primer.
Characteristic: Suitable for painting drywall, screed, gypsum plasters, cement-lime plasters, concrete surfaces.
Color: transparent, colorless.
Coverage: Maximum up to 18 m² / liter for one coat. Coverage depends largely on factors such as absorbency, surface texture, application method, and color.
Application method: Spray, brush, roller.
Drying time at 23°C and relative air humidity of 50%: The interval between applying subsequent layers should be at least 4 hours.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Application conditions: The surface to be treated must be dry, the air temperature must be at least +5⁰C, and the relative air humidity must be below 80%.
Surface preparation: New plaster and substrate can be painted after 4 weeks of drying. Clean these surfaces of dust and dirt, smooth out irregularities and weak spots with filler. Thoroughly remove lime paint or glue. Then apply one layer of Tikkurila Suprabilit impregnating primer. After 4 hours, if necessary, a subsequent layer can be applied. Stir carefully before painting. Dilute with water in a 1:1 ratio and stir carefully again. Apply 1 layer of the impregnant with a brush, roller, or spray. In special cases with a weak surface, dilute the product with a maximum of 20% water. The use of ANZA tools is recommended.
