Inactive Link Detection : When a network device is powered off and/or an inactive link is detected, the power throttling feature automatically reduces power consumption. The switch's power consumption is dynamically adjusted according to the link status and the number of active network devices.

Cable length sensing : Devices equipped with this feature automatically sense the length of the connected network cable and adjust power consumption accordingly. The shorter the connected cable, the less power the switch consumes.

Supports Auto-Negotiation

Each port on the GS-1016 can automatically detect whether the connected device is operating at 10Mbps, 100Mbps, Gigabit, full-duplex, or half-duplex. The GS-1016 can adjust the speed and transmission type accordingly.

The GS-1016 receives and sends packets seamlessly with Non-blocking wire-speed technology, ensuring the full speed supported by the wired environment. Each port of the GS-1016 supports speeds of up to 2000Mbps in full-duplex mode simultaneously.
