The Ministry of Time (Ibis)

The ideal choice for readers who like a bit of everything – time travel, a pinch of romance and a spy thriller!

In the near future, a young civil servant receives an offer of appointment to a new position that will bring her the salary she has always dreamed of, and shortly afterwards learns exactly what project she will be working on. A recently created secret ministry under the government is recruiting "emigrés" from various historical periods.

Over the following year, the cohabitation her handler initially considered terribly awkward grows into something much deeper. By the time the true purpose behind the Ministry's project is revealed, she is passionately in love with the emigré in her charge, which brings unexpected consequences – both for the two of them and for the space-time of the entire Universe...
