"Kryo" is a Greek word for "cold" - also found in the German word for "cryoengineering". From there, this thermal paste was created specifically for cryogenic applications - for the true "Kryonauts" among "extreme overclockers". Kryonaut uses a special structure that stops the drying process at temperatures up to 80° Celsius. This structure is also responsible for nano-aluminum and zinc oxide parts included in the paste for optimal mixing to compensate for the unevenness of the component (i.e. the processor) or the radiator, thus guaranteeing remarkable heat transfer.
