3D printing technology and medical-grade materials

The shells of the TRUTHEAR Zero headphones are made using DLP 3D printing technology, which was previously used mainly in high-end multi-driver headphones. The use of medical-grade resin ensures not only precision of manufacture but also comfort and safety when worn. The extremely thin and lightweight design provides comfort and durability, while the delicate hand-finishing process adds an elegant touch to the headphones.

Fullness of sound in every note

The heart of the TRUTHEAR Zero is a duo of dynamic drivers that harmoniously divide the frequency bands. The larger, 10 mm driver is responsible for powerful, deep bass - ideal for music in which energy and rhythm matter. The smaller, 7.8 mm driver with an ultra-light CCAW voice coil focuses on the mid and high frequencies, offering clarity of vocals and detail of instruments. Together they create a sonic harmony in which the bass is expressive but not dominant, and the higher frequency bands remain clean and balanced.

The TRUTHEAR Zero uses an advanced hybrid frequency-division technology, which allows each driver to work in a perfectly matched range. The specially developed acoustic structure and the RC circuit eliminate the phase shifts that often hinder listening in multi-driver headphones. As a result, the sound is natural and consistent, faithfully reproducing musical details, and the soundstage becomes more spacious and clear.

The Zero are headphones that combine strong, dynamic bass with pleasant and natural mid and high frequencies. Optimised to minimise distortion (<1% @1kHz), the sound is clean and balanced even at higher volume levels. The bass is deep but not overwhelming - it leaves room for fine detail in the mid and high frequencies. Importantly, the headphones are designed so that their sound does not fatigue the listener even during long listening sessions, offering a relaxing and detailed musical experience.

The headphones feature a four-core silver-plated cable with an increased diameter to minimise noise and ensure flawless signal transmission. The standard 0.78 2Pin interface allows easy cable replacement, offering additional possibilities for customisation and expansion.
