How does the Weitech WK-0021 work?
The device uses sound technology to repel. It generates specific sound signals in the frequency range 2.0-3.5 kHz. These sounds are audible to the human ear, but are particularly irritating and unpleasant for most birds, such as pigeons and gulls. In this way, the device creates an acoustically uncomfortable environment that makes birds avoid the protected area and look for another place to perch and nest.

Instructions for maximum effectiveness:
To achieve the best and fastest results, follow these steps:
1. Clean the area: Before installing the device, it is extremely important to thoroughly clean surfaces of any bird droppings and residue. This removes "scent trails" that attract birds back.
2. Position correctly: Place the device so that it is aimed at the main area you want to protect. Make sure there are no large obstacles in front of it.
3. Be consistent: The device should run continuously during the day, when birds are most active. It is recommended to switch it off at night, as the sound is audible.
4. Be patient: The "unlearning" process takes time. The first results may be visible immediately, but achieving a complete and lasting effect may require 2 to 4 weeks of continuous use.
Additional tip: If you have many stubborn and numerous pigeons, combine the device's action with visual scarecrows (for example, reflective strips or models of birds of prey). The combination of sound and visual stimuli significantly speeds up the repelling process.
