Description

White wine yeast 20 grams are used to induce alcoholic fermentation. The contents are poured into 0.5 l. of lukewarm (25-30°) water and stirred. Pour into a 10 l. container and add 2-3 liters of the must. Leave for a few hours and add to the main material. Dosage: 20 g. per 100-200 liters of wine or fruit material.
